We were blessed to welcome Archbishop Jeffrey Grob as our guest speaker for a special Lenten reflection on the Three Pillars of Lent: Prayer, Fasting, and Almsgiving.

Archbishop Grob reflected on the ways in which obstacles can impede our return to the Lord, while emphasizing that through reconciliation, fasting, and acts of reparation, these barriers are gradually removed. May his words continue to inspire the faithful to embrace these sacred pillars with renewed intentionality as we journey together through this holy season of Lent.

“Often, there are obstacles that hinder our return [to the Lord]. Fortunately, through the means of being reconciled, fasting, and making reparation, blockages on the spiritual journey are cleared, and we find it easier to turn over our heart to a forgiving and loving God.” — Archbishop Jeffrey Grob
