Personnel Committee

The Personnel Committee makes recommendations to the Parish Council concerning the adoption of parish personnel policies. The basic functions of this committee are to develop a comprehensive personnel system, including personnel planning on the local level and to monitor its implemention and administration. Actual hiring, supervising, evaluating or terminating of employees is the proper role of the pastor or persons(s) delegated by him.
